山东大学是一所历史悠久、学科齐全、学术实力雄厚、办学特色鲜明、在国内外具有重要影响的教育部直属重点综合性大学,是国家“211工程”和“985工程”重点建设的高水平大学之一。山东大学医学学科历史悠久、底蕴深厚、传统优良、特色突出。为加快世界一流大学和一流医药卫生管理学科建设,提升学院办学水平和国际影响力,经学校研究决定面向海内外公开招聘医药卫生管理学院院长。具体事宜公告如下:

一、招聘岗位

医药卫生管理学院院长

二、应聘条件

1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律法规,热爱高等教育事业,具有良好的个人品质、崇高的职业道德和团队协作精神,作风正派、爱岗敬业,治学严谨,求真务实;

2.具有相关专业博士学位,担任知名大学教授或研究机构研究员,在本学科领域学术造诣深厚,取得国内外同行公认的学术成就;

3.熟悉高等教育规律,具有国际化的学术视野,有较强的组织协调能力和管理决策能力,对学院发展具有创新性和战略性构想,具备带领本学科可持续发展、建设一流学院的能力。在海外知名大学的学院、研究所或实验室担任过主要管理职务者优先考虑;

4.身体健康,年龄一般不超过50周岁(具有特别学术影响力者年龄可放宽至55周岁);

5.聘期内全职到岗工作。

三、岗位职责

1.主持学院行政工作,负责制定学院发展战略规划并组织实施;

2.制定学院科学研究和学科建设规划,积极开展与国外知名大学及科研机构的合作,显著提升学院学科水平和国内外影响力,提高学院的国际化水平;

3.加强学院人才队伍和师资队伍建设,全面提升师资队伍总体水平;加强创新团队建设,引进和培育杰出人才;

4.牵头申报国内外重大课题,并发表有影响力的学术论文;

5.着力推进教学改革,提高人才培养质量,培养具有一定国际视野和较强专业素质的优秀研究生;

6.受聘者同时推荐担任国家卫生和计划生育委员会卫生经济与政策研究重点实验室主任,负责重点实验室的建设和发展。

四、聘期及待遇

1、首聘期限为4年,其中试用期为1年。聘任期满,考核合格,经双方协商后可以续聘。

2、学校提供与受聘者学术业绩、岗位职责、到岗时间相对应的薪酬待遇。受聘人员的岗位职责及具体待遇,按双方签订的合同执行。

Recruitment of Dean for School of Health Care Management, Shandong University

Shandong University (SDU), under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, is a key comprehensive university with a long history, a variety of disciplines, formidable academic strength, and distinctive characteristics, which has a great influence both at home and abroad. SDU is a member university of Project 211 and Project 985, two national key projects to support the development of high-quality universities. The medical disciplines of SDU have enjoyed a long history with profound foundation, excellent tradition and distinctive characteristics. To fasten the development of a world-class university and discipline of health care management, and to promote the education level and international influence of the School, , we hereby recruit the dean for School of Health Care Management from home or abroad under the permission of the university administration:

I. Recruiting Position

II. Candidate Qualifications

1. Obey the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, have a passion for career of higher education, good personal quality, high professional ethics and team spirit;

2. Have a PhD degree in the relevant discipline, have served as a professor in a famous university or a senior researcher in a famous research institute, built profound academic foundation, and achieved high academic recognition from national and international peers;

3. Be familiar with the development of higher education, have an international academic perspective, and strong coordinative and managerial capabilities, hold innovative and strategic development plans for the School, be capable of leading the discipline to a sustainable development and world-class construction. Those who have served in managerial positions in famous universities, institutes or labs overseas will be prioritized.

4. In good health and aged no more than 50 years (55 for those who have special academic influence);

5. Be able to work full time during the employment.

III Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the School’s administration, making strategic development plans and organizing the implementation of plans;

2. Make research and discipline construction plans, and actively cooperate with famous universities and research institutes overseas in order to promote the School’s academic leveland international recognition;

3. Strengthen the development of personnel and faculty team in the school and promote the overall educational and academic level of the faculty; strengthen the innovative team building by introducing and nurturing professionals;

4. Take the lead to apply for national and international projects, and publish academic articles with high-impact;

5. Promote educational reform and improve education quality in order to foster excellent graduates with international perspectives and strong professional attainments;

6. The dean will also hold the position as the director of Key Lab of Health Economics and Policy Research under National Health and Family Planning Commission, and will be in charge of the building and development of the Lab.

IV. Employment Term and Remuneration

1. The first employment term is four years with the first year as probation. When the first term ends, the contract can be extended by mutual agreement if the appraisal is qualified.

2. SDU will provide the proper remuneration based on the candidate’s academic attainments, job responsibilities, and arrival time. Job responsibilities and detailed remuneration will be carried out according to the effective contract.
